Welcome — My Journey From Average Athlete to Peak-Ready Performer

Growing up, I was never the most naturally gifted athlete. I played four sports, stayed active year-round, and even now continue to compete in baseball alongside football. But no matter the sport, I dealt with the same problems every athlete faces: a lack of confidence, negative thoughts that seemed impossible to shut off, tired or heavy legs, and the constant frustration of never knowing why my body felt great one day and terrible the next.

On top of that, the training programs I was doing weren’t helping. I was working hard, putting in the hours, and doing everything “right,” yet nothing was changing. That frustration built up because I knew I had more potential — I just didn’t know how to unlock it.

I wasn’t a 5‑star recruit. In fact, I was a 0‑star athlete coming out of high school — no offers, no conversations with Division I coaches, and not even great film or stats to lean on. Nothing was handed to me. Every step forward came the hard way: through trial, error, and persistence.

Even in college, the road wasn’t smooth. I faced a season‑ending injury that forced me to redshirt and rethink everything. But instead of letting it stop me, I used it as fuel to refine my approach, rebuild my confidence, and learn how to prepare my body and mind at a higher level. Eventually, I earned all‑conference honors and found my place competing at the FBS level.

And along that path, I discovered something important:

Success in sports isn’t about being the most talented — it’s about understanding your body, mastering your recovery, building a strong mindset, and training in a way that actually works for YOU.

I didn’t always have confidence. I didn’t always know how to control my thoughts. I didn’t always know how to keep my body performing consistently. But through years of research, working with elite coaches, studying high-level athletes, and relentless trial and error, I finally figured out what truly makes a difference.

And now, I want to give that to you.

This course isn’t just for football players — it’s built for athletes of any sport who want to feel better, think clearer, perform with confidence, and get rid of the guesswork.

My goal is simple:   To help you optimize your potential so you can show up every single day with confidence, clarity, and a body that’s ready to perform at its absolute peak.
